Biberbau

The holiday apartment “Biberbau” has:

• a living room with solid wooden furniture, a comfortable seating area, two comfortable chairs for relaxing and TV
• a master bedroom with a double box spring bed (head and footboard solid wood) 1.80 x 2.10 m, wardrobe (solid wood) and TV,
  
• a large bathroom with a walk-in rainwater shower at ground level and numerous storage and shelving options, washbasin, hairdryer, make-up mirror, shower toilet and towel radiator,
  
• a hallway with cloakroom,
• a fully equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, extractor hood, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, crockery and cutlery, cooking utensils and the usual kitchen utensils for 4 people, crockery/cutlery for a toddler
• a seating area (currently still beer tent furniture) in the spacious garden for 6 people,
• a high chair and a travel cot (if required),
  
• Books to browse through and board games for different age groups,
  
• a large bathroom with a walk-in rainwater shower at ground level and numerous storage and shelving options, washbasin, hairdryer, make-up mirror, shower toilet and towel radiator
  
• Insect screens on all windows,
• a laundry room with washing machine* and dryer*, there is also a refrigerator with drinks available for purchase (trust fund),
• an ironing board and iron, rotary clothes dryer in the laundry room
  
• a parking space directly at the house or parking space in the carport (for the beaver den), each with a wallbox for charging* your electric car,
• Wi-Fi and LAN free of charge,
• Smart TV Living and Sleeping

The apartment is accessible via 12 steps into the basement. The doors are 75cm wide.

The bathroom is barrier-free.
Depending on the network, mobile phone coverage is only available to a limited extent in the basement.

Bed linen and towels are provided. The basic equipment for 2 people is included, additional charge of €20 per person from the 3rd person once per stay

Out of consideration for your health, we are a non-smoking house.

You can spend a relaxing holiday all year round in the wonderful surroundings.
The large property is close to the edge of town, so that hikes and relaxing walks in the Harz National Park region are possible directly from the log cabin.
From the spacious balcony and the garden you have a wonderful view of the Eichsfeld and the Harz mountains and can enjoy the sun all day long.
