BIBERCHALET

The holiday apartment “Biberchalet” has:
- a living room with a comfortable seating    area, an armchair for relaxing and a TV, fireplace available. The furniture in the ambience of solid carved oak furniture,
- a master bedroom with a double bed (1.80 x 2.10 m), wardrobe, box spring bed and TV,
- a youth room with a bunk bed (0.90*1.90 m), wardrobe, desk,
 -a dining corner made of solid wood, seating for 6 people,
- a large bathroom with a walk-in rainwater shower at ground level and numerous storage and filing options, sink, hair dryer, towel radiator, make-up mirror and shower toilet,
- a hallway with wardrobe,
- a fully equipped kitchen fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, extractor hood, toaster, filter coffee machine, kettle, crockery and cutlery, cooking utensils and the usual kitchen utensils, sufficient for 6 people,
- a balcony with sufficient seating for 6 people, outdoor fireplace, box for storing the seat cushions for the garden chairs,
an ironing board and iron, rotary clothes dryer, (in the laundry room in the Cellar)
- a high chair and a travel cot (if required), including crockery and cutlery
Books to browse through and board games for different age groups,
- a laundry room in the basement with a washing machine* and tumble dryer*, there is also a refrigerator with drinks for sale (trust fund),
insect screens on all windows,
- a parking space directly in front of the house (for the Biberchalet) or a carport, each with a wall box for charging* your electric car,
Wi-Fi and LAN free of charge

The apartment can be reached via 3 steps to a platform and a step into the actual apartment. The doors are 75cm wide. The bathroom is barrier-free.
Bed linen and towels are provided.

You can spend a relaxing holiday all year round in the wonderful surroundings.
The large property is close to the edge of town, so that hikes and relaxing walks in the Harz National Park region are possible directly from the log cabin.
From the spacious balcony and the garden you have a wonderful view of the Eichsfeld and the Harz mountains and can enjoy the sun all day long.
